Sweepstakes Rules

1. The sweepstakes

Wishio ("Wishio", "we", "us") runs a social casino in which you can play games with two kinds of virtual coins, and a sweepstakes promotion ("the Sweepstakes") that runs alongside it. Wishio is the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes.

Playing with Gold Coins is for entertainment only. Playing with Sweeps Coins is taking part in the Sweepstakes: Sweeps Coins won in games can be redeemed for prizes under these Rules.

2. Who can take part

• You must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority where you live (19 in Alabama and Nebraska). Where the law requires players to be 21, you must be 21.
• You must be physically located in a state where the Sweepstakes is offered each time you register, obtain Sweeps Coins, play or redeem. The site checks your location (from your internet connection) at each of those steps, and you may not hide it with a VPN, proxy or similar service. Partner game rooms are run by their own operators: you may use them only where the Sweepstakes is offered, and your room login is hidden while you are somewhere it is not. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

• Not offered in (void): California.
• Minimum age: 18, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, or older where the law of your state requires it.
• Employees of the Sponsor and its service providers, and members of their immediate families or households, may not take part.
• You may hold one account. Accounts must be registered to, and used only by, the person who owns them.

3. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins

You can get Sweeps Coins free in these ways:

• as a free bonus included with some Gold Coin packages;
• as a sign-up bonus when you confirm your email address, in the amount shown when you sign up;
• by free entry by mail or through the online request form (Section 4);
• through promotions announced on the site, each on the terms stated with it.

Coins are held in two separate balances and are never converted into each other. Every coin movement is recorded in your coin activity. Sweeps Coins have no cash value except as set out in Section 6, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged between accounts.

4. Free entry (no purchase necessary)

You can take part without ever buying anything. Free entries have the same standing as Sweeps Coins received with a purchase.

By mail

Send a request in an envelope with a stamp, containing a single 4" × 6" card, handwritten by you, showing:

• your full name, home address and date of birth;
• the email address and username of your Wishio account;
• the words "Please credit my Wishio account with free Sweeps Coins";
• your signature.

Each valid request is credited with 5 Sweeps Coins after it is received and checked. One request per envelope. Requests that are copied, printed, illegible, incomplete, sent by a third party, or sent in bulk are void. The mailing address for requests is published in the Free entry section of the Promotions page when mail-in entries open. We are not responsible for requests that are lost, late or misdirected.

Online

Signed-in players with a confirmed email address can request free Sweeps Coins through the free-entry form on the Promotions page, as often and in the amounts stated on the form.

5. Playing with Sweeps Coins

Game outcomes are decided by each game's random number generator, supplied by independent game studios. Each game shows its own rules and payouts. The Sweeps Coins you play are deducted from your Sweeps Coin balance and any winnings are added to it.

If a game malfunctions, affected plays and payouts are void. If a play is interrupted, we complete or refund it according to the game's records.

6. Redeeming prizes

• Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins you get free (the welcome bonus, free Sweeps Coins with a package, free entry and promotions) must be played through once in games on Wishio before they can be redeemed. Sweeps Coins won in games are redeemable straight away. Moving Sweeps Coins to a partner game room and back does not count as play. The Redeem page shows how many of your Sweeps Coins are redeemable.
• Prize value. Each redeemable Sweeps Coin is redeemed for a prize worth US $1.00, paid as 1 USDT (a US-dollar stablecoin).
• Limits. Each redemption must be for at least 100 Sweeps Coins, and you can redeem up to 2,000 Sweeps Coins in any 24 hours. You can have one request in review at a time.
• Identity check. Before your first redemption you verify your identity once: photos of your government ID and a selfie holding it, checked by our team. The ID must be yours, show the date of birth you gave at sign-up, and have an address in a state where the Sweepstakes is offered. One ID can be used for one account only. We may ask for more information before paying any redemption.
• Payout. Prizes are paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the wallet address you give in your request. The wallet must be yours. Check the address carefully: a payout sent to the address you entered cannot be recovered. Our team reviews each request, usually within 3 business days, and the Sweeps Coins are held while it is reviewed. You can cancel a request while it is still in review. It can take longer if we need more information from you.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes. We may ask for tax information and issue tax forms where the law requires.

We may refuse or reverse a redemption, and void the Sweeps Coins involved, if these Rules or the Terms of Service have been broken, including play from an excluded state, more than one account, false information, or fraud.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the game played, its return to player, and the number of plays made. A purchase does not improve your odds.

8. Disqualification

We may disqualify you, void your Sweeps Coins and close your account if you tamper with the Sweepstakes, use bots or automated play, hold more than one account, hide your location, chargeback a purchase, or act fraudulently or abusively.

9. General

• The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final.
• By taking part you release the Sponsor from liability for any loss arising from taking part or from a prize, except where the law does not allow this.
• We may change or end the Sweepstakes. Changes are posted on this page with a new date and do not affect Sweeps Coins already redeemable.
• Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
